The old way of budget forecasting of large infrastructure projects lacks transparency and statistically quantified risk analysis, leading to cost overruns and delays in project delivery.
Peter Weltman, Director of Business Development, Technomics Canada, will explain how highly-skilled ‘Technomicians’ utilize robust datasets, acquired over decades of experience operating in North America, to deliver qualitative and quantitative analysis that drives more informed decision-making. These datasets, combined with advanced analytical approaches and experience, are leveraged to conduct parametric estimates that provide an independent evaluation of the risk envelope at various project milestones.
Technomics will walk webinar attendees through its approach to Project Concept Development, RFP Development and RFP Evaluation to assess the achievability of projected deliverables or outcomes.
