The Boot Camp
Alternatively, for those candidates who are seeking a more interactive opportunity, Toraza will be hosting an exclusive 2-day intensive Boot Camp followed by a day for the in-person examination.
The Boot Camp will focus on offering the participants intensive revision of all the material required to sit for the Preparation Level exam while benefiting from face-to-face interaction with other professionals and the trainer.
The Preparation exam is aimed at individuals involved in the development or implementation of PPP Frameworks or the initiation and preparation of PPP projects, mostly public sector officials, practitioners and their advisors or consultants. Private sector candidates may benefit from a greater understanding of the PPP concept as an asset/business opportunity. The exam tests whether candidates have achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PPP Frameworks and PPP Project Identification, Screening, Appraisal and Preparation Processes in a given governmental context.
Main topics covered in the Preparation (Level 2) include:
- Establishing a PPP Framework
- Project Identification and PPP Screening
- Appraising PPP Projects
- Structuring and Drafting the Tender and Contract
Note: To be eligible to participate in CP3P Preparation (Level 2), you must have already passed CP3P Foundation (Level 1)
