The location eases access to nearby community services and allows the facility to integrate with health programs in the Grand Falls-Windsor area.

The building covers approximately 60,000 sq. feet of space and supports long-term care residents through a layout designed for comfort, mobility and accessibility. The design incorporates dedicated areas for daily activities, therapeutic programs and resident support services.
