CCPPP Releases National Awards 2025 Project Nominees

TORONTO (September 9, 2025)  Eleven projects, ranging from a community-connecting highway to state-of-the-art hospitals, are vying for top honours at the 2025 National Awards for Innovation and Excellence in P3s, The Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP) announced today.

The nominees in all four project categories showcase the effectiveness of the 'made in Canada' P3 model in delivering essential infrastructure that supports growth, resilience and improved services for communities coast-to-coast-to-coast.

Winners will be announced at the P3 National Awards Gala Luncheon on Tuesday, October 28, the closing day of P3 2025, Canada's Infrastructure Conference, hosted in downtown Toronto. In addition, the Council's awards committee will also announce and recognize Lifetime Champion and Emerging Leader award recipients at the gala.

Since 1998, the national awards have celebrated the country’s most forward-thinking infrastructure projects, highlighting the collaborative strength of partnerships between governments, educational institutions and the private sector. This year’s nominees carry that tradition forward, demonstrating how P3s continue to deliver lasting value and infrastructure for communities nationwide.

The 2025 awards program and the P3 National Awards Gala Luncheon are supported by AECOM, Marco Builders of Atlantic Canada, and McCarthy Tétrault LLP.
