Our Marketplace is returning to Canada's Infrastructure Conference, showcasing the latest technologies, services and innovation for the infrastructure sector.

On November 9 & 10, 2026, the Marketplace will connect you with up to 1,000 decision-makers and thought leaders, from government procurement agencies to top Canadian and international companies and consultants, involved in delivering some of North America’s biggest and most important projects.

As a Marketplace Vendor, you will gain visibility and multiple opportunities to promote your company’s brand, products and services directly to the industry. With limited opportunities available, this is your chance to uniquely position your company and gain a competitive edge.

Location

Our Marketplace is strategically outside the Grand Ballroom, meaning delegates will have to travel through the Marketplace to attend all sessions, lunches and breaks.

In addition, we’re hosting a special Closing Reception to mark the official end of our conference in this area. This is designed as a further opportunity to showcase our exhibitors and enable them to help firm up potential deals and attract business leads as our conference delegates mingle and conduct last-minute networking.

Marketplace Hours

Monday, November 9: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET

Tuesday, November 10: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET

Please note: Busy traffic times will be during breakfast, networking breaks, lunches and the Closing Reception.

Move in

Sunday, November 8: 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET

Move out

Tuesday, November 10: 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. ET

Rates

$4,500 for each 8’ x 8’ x 8' exhibit space

All prices are quoted in Canadian dollars and 13% HST applies to all prices.
