British Columbia continues to expand its robust PPP program. Since 2002, under Partnerships BC direction, 20+ projects are operational, under construction and in procurement. Others are currently in the “business case” stage and will go into the market over the next year. Mr. Blain provided CCPPP members with an update of Partnerships BC's activities and some reaction to the results they are seeing in BC as some of the earlier approved projects are progressing. He also discussed projects they were preparing to put into the market, and to comment on the work they are doing for other jurisdictions.
