On June 24th, the Government of Ontario released its new Long-Term Infrastructure Plan entitled Building Together. The 10-year plan entails a $35-billion investment over the next three years, with $12.8 billion allotted for 2011-2012. An expanded role for Infrastructure Ontario (IO) and the use of the Alternative Financing and Procurement (AFP) model feature prominently.
