Corporate Secretary, CCPPP Gordon Willcocks is a partner in the Infrastructure and Projects Group in McCarthy Tétrault's Toronto office. He is past chair of the Municipal and Environmental Group in Toronto. Mr. Willcocks practises in project development, construction, infrastructure, real estate, finance and hospitality. Significant representative projects include: advising Infrastructure Ontario and Quinte Healthcare; Trillium Health Centre; London St. Joseph's Health Care, London Health Sciences Centre and Sudbury Regional Hospital in their Build-Finance hospital expansion and renovation projects; advising Infrastructure Ontario and the Sault Area Hospital in the modified Design, Build, Finance and Maintain for Sault Area Hospital; advising Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Ltd. on its project management, investment and management of the new City of Toronto Soccer Stadium at the CNE; advising York University on its proposal for the Archives of Ontario Main Public Service Facility. Mr. Willcocks received his BA (Hons.) from the University of Waterloo in 1974 and his LLB from Queen's University in 1977. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1979. |
